We invite submissions of various types on the aforementioned aspects of information systems (IS) and respective
technology, including technical papers, case study reports on commercial or experimental applications,
education research papers; research demonstrations as well as poster demonstrations.

ISTA 2009 follows the earlier successful conferences in this series held at Klagenfurt,
Kharkiv, Salt Lake City, Palmerston North and is integrated into the
"United Information Systems Conferences" UNISCON 2009.

Contributions are welcome in, but not limited to the following topics:
- Advances in information systems modelling and design methodologies
- Enterprise, business and technological process modelling
- Data warehouse and multidimensional modelling, analysis and mining
- Methodologies for continuous information systems adaptation and software evolution
- Architecture patterns and models for design of large-scale information systems
- Information systems architecture
- Information systems development tools
- Component-based information technologies

and papers presented at ISTA 2009 will be published in the UNISCON 2009 proceedings.
Regular papers should not exceed 12 pages. Poster descriptions should not exceed 6 pages.
It is planned that accepted papers presented at the ISTA 2009 will be published in Springer Lecture Notes
in Business Information Processing (LNBIP) as part of UNISCON 2009 Proceedings like the previous UNISCON 2008
held in Klagenfurt, Austria.

Authors of accepted papers are invited to publish a further paper, free of charge, in a special issue of
the Herald of the NTU "KhPI", i.e., the scientific journal of the National Technical University "KhPI".
