Dear colleagues,

We are editing a book on Plug-In Electric Vehicles in Smart Grid: Management and Control Strategies, to be published by Springer by the end of this year.

If you have published interesting and relevant papers on this topic, we would like to invite you to submit a chapter for this book.

Notification of Acceptance: April 30, 2014 (2 weeks)
Deadline for full chapter submissions: June 15, 2014 (6 weeks)
Notification of Acceptance and Review Results: June 30, 2014 (2 weeks)
Submission of revised chapters: July 15, 2014 (2 weeks)
Final Acceptance Notifications: July 30, 2014 (2 weeks)
Full book submission to Springer by editors: August 15, 2014 (2 weeks)
Tentative book publication date: November 2014

Submission Procedure:
Interested authors are requested to prepare their chapter proposal within 1-2 page(s) which should include the title of the chapter, authors’ names, affiliations and corresponding author’s contact details. The authors are also requested to provide a brief overview (up to one page) of the work within the proposal. The authors are requested to send their proposals as an email attachment (preferably as word or pdf document) to s.rajakaruna@curtin.edu.au by the due date 22nd April 2014.
An author kit will be sent to the authors of the accepted proposals for the preparation of final manuscripts. Submitted manuscripts should be prepared using Word (preferably) or Latex and should conform to the standard guidelines of the Springer's book chapter format.
