Call For Papers

Purpose: The Image Electronics and Visual Computing Workshop 2014 (IEVC2014) will be held at Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui in Koh Samui, Thailand, on October 7-10, 2014 as the 4th international academic event of the Institute of Image Electronics Engineers of Japan (IIEEJ) based on the great success of IEVC2007 held in Cairns, Australia and IEVC2010 held in Nice, France, and IEVC2012 held in Kuching, Malaysia. The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers, engineers, developers, and students from various fields in both academia and industry for discussing the latest researches, standards, developments, implementations and application systems in all areas of image electronics and visual computing. Paper submission:
Prospective authors are invited to submit a paper (2-4pages summary) including results, figures and references. Before paper submission, the authors should register their bibliographic information.

After the workshop, the Journal of IIEEJ is planning a forthcoming special issue on "Extended Papers Presented in IEVC2014'', which will be published in December, 2015. More detailed information will be notified in the IEVC2014 web-site and Journal of IIEEJ.
