MC 2014, a workshop on Mobile Communications 2014, will be held in Guimaraes, Portugal, 30 June – 03 July 2014, and is the next event in a series of highly successful international workshops on Mobile Communications (MC), previously held as MC 2013 (Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam), MC 2012 (Salvador, Brazil), MC 2011 (Santander, Spain), MC 2010 (Fukuoka, Japan), MC 2009 (Suwon, Korea), MC'08 (Perugia, Italy), MobiComm 2007 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), MC 2006 (Glasgow, UK), MobiComm 2005 (Singapore), Workshop of Routing and Handoff 2004 (Assisi, Italy), Mobile Computing: Routing and Handoff 2003 (Montreal, Canada), and Mobile Computing: Authentication Technology 2003 (Montreal, Canada).
MC 2014 provides a premier forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the resulting profound challenges and to present and discuss their new ideas, research results, applications and experience on all aspects of mobile communications.
MC 2003 - 2013 have proven to be excellent catalysts for research and collaboration, and we fully expect that this coming MC 2014 conference will continue this trend.

The long-term goal of ICCSA - MC Workshop is to build up a reputable and respectable conference for the international community. It is very clear that the ICCSA - MC Workshop belongs to everyone.
All accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings published by Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. A selected number of top quality papers will also be published as special issues of appropriate journals.

We cordially invite you to submit a paper presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications in the area we describe above.
Papers should be 10 ~ 16 pages written in English, and must comply with the Springer-Verlag format(LNCS) described at www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

When you upload your paper in Step 1, the Workshop Title must be “Mobile Communications 2014 (MC 2014)”.

2) Acceptance notification: April 10, 2014
3) Camera ready papers and Pre-registration deadline: May 6, 2014
At least one author per the accepted paper should register to the conference and must present the paper at the conference site.
