[Paper Submission]

Regular Paper Submission
The submitted manuscript must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Submissions should be no more than 10 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt). Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, and will be EI indexed. The prospective authors should submit their papers through http://www.rtcsa.org/Submissions.aspx

Work-in-Progress Session
This session provides an opportunity for researchers attending RTCSA to present and discuss their research. More detailed information is available on the web.

Special Issues of SCI(E)-indexed Journals
We are arranging several SCI(E) journals to have special issues for the conference, e.g. Journal of Signal Processing Systems, etc. A good number of accepted papers will be recommended to submit the extended versions to the special issues. Please check our website later for more details.
