Call For Papers

The ITS 2014 technical program will include technical sessions, plenary sessions with distinguished keynote speakers, short courses, and tutorials. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in all areas of telecommunications, including (but not limited to):

Antennas, Waveguides, and Microwave circuits;
Optical Communications;
Cooperative Communications;
Quantum Communication Systems;
Wireless Communications;
Cryptography and Classical and Quantum Security;
Adaptive Filtering;
Image and Video Processing;
Routing and Traffic Engineering in Networks;
Computer Networks;
Cognitive Radio and Systems;
Mobile Computing;
Speech Processing;
Digital Signal Processing;
Communication Networks;
Optical Networks;
Wireless Networks;
Information Theory and Classical and Quantum Coding;
Communications Theory;
Communication Systems and Services.

Instructions to Authors
Submissions to Technical Sessions – Regular papers

Papers must be written in English and cannot exceed five pages. Submission must be in PDF format via the EDAS submission system (link TBA shortly).
Submission of Special Technical Session Proposals

Proposals of Special Sessions must be submitted directly to the Technical Program Co-Chairs and should include the following information: title, brief description of the proposed theme, and a list of four invited papers (with the respective names and affiliations of the authors and a summary of each paper).
Submission of Tutorial and Short Course Proposals

Authors are also invited to submit Tutorial and Short Course proposals directly to the Tutorials and Short Course Co-Chairs. Proposals must contain enough information regarding the importance, quality, and timeliness of the topic, as well as the biographical sketch of the presenters attesting their experiences on the proposed topic. Tutorials and short courses will have a duration of two or four hours.
Templates for submission of regular papers

Review of manuscript

All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed and be judged on correctness, originality, technical strength, quality of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope. Submitted papers should not have appeared in or be under consideration for another conference, workshop or journal.
