Brief Description:
E-Government, a key concept in modern public sector management, is recognized as an enabler of government performance. E-Government allows for the introduction, augmentation and provision of news ways of delivery government services. The e-government paradigm disrupts and transforms traditional government service delivery channels by questioning current structures and processes. However, while e-government offers possibilities for the transformation of the government service delivery mechanism, the realization of these benefits are not possible due to poor project management practices in the public sector.
