The 2013 The Fourth International Conference on Information, Communication and Education Application (ICEA 2013) will be held on November 1-2,2013, Hong Kong, Hong Kong. 2012 The Third International Conference on Information, Communication and Education Application (ICEA 2012) has been held on December 30-31, 2012, Singapore, Singapore. ICEA 2012 has been indexed by Web of Science CPCI-SSH.

ICEA 2013 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in Information, Communication and Education Application. Our conference provides a chance for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of Information, Communication and Education Application.

The goal of this conference is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of Information, Communication and Education Application.
