We are pleased to invite you to PSC2008, the Workshop on Performance, Skills and Competences in the 21st Century

11-12 December 2008, ISCTE, Lisbon, Portugal

The Workshop will provide an international forum to discuss theoretical and empirical contributions on how skills and competences affect individual and organisational performance. The workshop invites original high quality theoretical and empirical unpublished papers and case studies. Full papers, either complete or preliminary drafts, should be mailed to: psc2008.de@iscte.pt

The Workshop is expected to result in quality networking among researchers and to stimulate future joint research activity by participants.
