Call for Papers
The ISLC-2013 provides an opportunity for exploring many different facets of interdisciplinary language and communication fields. The ISLC-13 offers a forum for those inside and outside academia to exchange pedagogical and research methods, as well as to explore greater cooperation among the many different constituencies of the field.

Themes
ISLC-2013 provides an opportunity for exploring many different facets of interdisciplinary language and communication fields. ISLC2013 invites researchers from language and communication sciences and from other social sciences to come together to share ideas and opinions, and present original research work. The goal is to create an opportunity for the dissemination of knowledge between the two communities, as well as to enable mutual critical discussion of current research. The symposium solicits original empirical research and experience based case study papers, as well as proposals for poster presentations. It welcomes interdisciplinary papers from the social sciences applying language and communication studies in the study of social phenomena, or applying social concepts in social life.
The symposium will publish research papers in the fields of humanities, social sciences and economics such as anthropology, communication studies, demography, education, ethics, geography, history, industrial relations, information science, international relations, law, linguistics, library science, methodology, philosophy, political science, population studies, psychology, public administration, sociology, literature, religious studies, visual arts, women studies, management, human resources management, international business, tourism, business ethics, development studies and so on.
