I
PUBLICATION
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All submitted papers will go through a process of double-blind reviews before acceptance for its presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings.
We would like to inform prospective attendees of ACS 2012 that all papers accepted and presented in ACS 2012 will be invited for further revisions and extensions for possible publication in the one of following prestigious Journals:
1. Electrical Review (Przegląd Elektrotechniczny in polish); Journal is indexed by Thomson Scientific Web of Science Philadephia, impact Factor: 0.242
2. Journal of Telecommunications and Information Technology (pending)
At least one of the authors of an accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise the paper will be removed from the digital library of the conference.
All accepted papers will be published also in ACS 2012 Conference proceedings (on CD-ROM).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Extended abstract submission requirements
Extended abstract should contain from 700 up to 1000 words. All extended abstracts will be assessed by ACS 2012 Programme Committee and afterwards each corresponding author will be notified by e-mail of abstract acceptance/rejection. Abstract acceptance is not equivalent to paper acceptance – it is only confirmation that contents of submitted paper is consistent with the topics of ACS 2012 Conference.
Full paper submission requirements
The full paper must be at the most 8 pages A4, including abstract, key words, and references, and include the e-mail address of the corresponding author/authors. A guide for authors, sample copies and other relevant information for submitting papers are available on the websites of ACS: http://acs.wi.zut.edu.pl.
The pages limit and the template of the final camera-ready paper will be announced in the paper acceptance notification.
The final decision concerning publishing the paper is based on an editorial assessment and reviews of full paper version. ACS 2012 Programme Committee reserves the right to the final decision regarding acceptance.
