The paper should be written in a single column format and formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes instructions (click here for instructions/sample paper).
The maximum length of a research paper is at most 12 pages in LNCS format. Initially all papers are considered as a full paper, however based on the reviewer's comments some of them may be recommended for short papers (maximum 8 pages) or posters (maximum 4 pages).
To conduct a double-blind review, authors should omit their names and affiliations from ALL places in the draft paper (these details can be added in the final/camera ready paper if the draft is accepted). While the references should include all published literature relevant to the paper, including previous works, if any, of the (co)authors, it should not include unpublished works. When referring to the (co)author's own work, use the third person rather than the first person. For example, say “Previously, Ram and John [16] have proved that...”, rather than “In our previous work [16], we have proved that...". Such identifying information can be added to the camera ready paper, if the draft paper is accepted. In addition, the paper should not include acknowledgements to any person/ organization, etc. Acknowledgements can be added to the camera ready paper, if the draft paper is accepted.
