SCSE 2013, has established itself as the premier annual scholarly venue in the areas of soft computing and software engineering. Soft computing and software engineering has evolved into an active area of research and development, due to the tremendous advances in a broad spectrum of technologies and topics including software engineering, artificial intelligence, network software, mobile software and distributed computing, cloud computing systems, and the ubiquitous software.

SCSE 2013 will be held in San Francisco, "America's finest city," famous for its climate, beaches, and numerous tourist attractions. SCSE 2013 will provide a leading edge, scholarly forum for researchers, engineers, and students alike to share their state-of-the art research and developmental work in the broad areas of soft computing and software engineering.
