We are welcoming all educators and teachers from all over the world to join us in Labuan Island, Malaysia. Labuan is a Federal Territory located near Sabah, Malaysia.To reach Labuan, one has to board aircraft from Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia direct to Labuan or alternatively transit via Kota Kinabalu to Labuan or Miri to Labuan. Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) and Air Asia are available domestic flight.
The aim of this conference is to share research result and literatures in enhancing innovatives and creatives practices in education. Theme for LICER will covers categories of educational research, action research, leadership in education, innovation and creativity in teaching and learning in schools as well as the usage of ICT in 21st century learning, teaching and managing education.
