The Thirteenth IAPR International Conference on Machine
Vision Applications will be held from May 21 through 23,
2013 at the Suzaku Campus, Ritsumeikan University, in
Kyoto, Japan. The conference is co-sponsored by the MVA
Organization, IAPR TC-8, and Ritsumeikan University.

Authors should submit a full paper, up to four-pages long. The submission of the paper must be made electronically.
If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the paper.
Presented papers will be considered for Best Paper Award, Best Application Paper Award, and Best Poster Award.
Extended versions of award-winning papers and selected papers from the conference will be recommended to a
special issue of the Machine Vision and Applications journal.
