eDiscovery 2012 : Investigations in eDiscovery
Call For Papers
eDiscovery is the process of discovering and bringing together all of the relevant electronically stored documents for a litigation case.
Australian organisations are legally obliged to produce this electronically stored information in such cases, requiring a clear information governance framework and a strong eDiscovery strategy.
This year, we have opened our annual eDiscovery forum up to organisations outside of the legal profession,in response to the growing need for eDiscovery capability across all industries in Australia.
