About the Event
The 1st International Conference on Advances in Quantum Technologies and Information (AQTI' 2027) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, technology developers, industry representatives, and academic experts working at the frontiers of quantum science, quantum information, and emerging quantum technologies. The conference will provide an interdisciplinary forum for discussing recent advances in the understanding and practical use of quantum properties such as superposition, entanglement, coherence, quantum measurement, and tunnelling. AQTI' 2027 is intended to support the exchange of new ideas, experimental results, theoretical approaches, and technological solutions that contribute to the development of next-generation quantum systems and applications. A significant focus of the conference will be placed on the close relationship between quantum technologies, optics, and photonics. Photons are among the most important carriers of quantum information and play a central role in quantum communication, secure quantum networks, quantum cryptography, and photonic quantum computing. Modern optical and photonic tools, including lasers, interferometers, waveguides, resonators, modulators, detectors, and photonic integrated circuits, provide essential platforms for generating, manipulating, routing, and measuring quantum states. In this context, AQTI' 2027 will highlight the role of quantum optics and quantum photonics as key bridges between fundamental quantum physics and practical technological implementation. AQTI' 2027 will be held under the same conference umbrella with the 10th International Conference on Optics, Photonics and Lasers (OPAL' 2027). Both events are organized by IFSA - professional, non-profit association, serving for academy and industry since 1999. AQTI' 2027 is designed to encourage dialogue between fundamental research and applied engineering in order to accelerate progress in quantum-enabled technologies. The conference welcomes contributions that explore new physical principles, experimental techniques, materials, device concepts, system architectures, and application-oriented solutions for quantum information science and quantum technologies. By connecting specialists from physics, optics, photonics, materials science, computer science, electronics, communications, and metrology, AQTI' 2027 will contribute to the formation of a multidisciplinary community capable of addressing the scientific and technological challenges of the emerging quantum era.
