After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE in conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE XPlore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. (ISBN: 979-8-3195-3772-0). All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.
