The Quantum Matter group in the Bar Ilan Physics Department is excited to announce the launch of a new annual school for graduate students and postdocs: the Winter School on Methods in Quantum Matter. The school is planned as a recurring annual program, alternating between theoretical and experimental methods in quantum matter.

The school will take place at Bar Ilan University, December 6 to 11, 2026. It will cover modern theoretical methods in quantum matter, including unconventional superconductivity, exotic magnetism, fractionalized excitations, topology, and quantum geometry.
