Call For Papers

Technical Papers will showcase original research from the foundations to the frontiers of high performance computing spanning eight areas --- Algorithms, Applications, Architecture and Networks, Clouds and Grids, Performance, Programming Systems, Storage, Visualization and Analytics, and System Software. We invite submissions in these areas that can address the challenges in HPC through innovative methods, systems, and technologies. We also welcome submissions that can make significant contributions to the "state of practice" by providing compelling insights on best practices for the provisioning, utilization, and enhancement of the critical systems, services, and facilities for high performance computing, networking, and storage. All submissions will be evaluated through a rigorous peer-review process with the goal of selecting the best technical contributions across both established and emerging areas of HPC for an exceptional program at SC12. With our focus on quality and the observed trend towards substantial increases in submissions from year-to-year, we expect an acceptance rate of around 20% for Technical Papers at SC12.
