Authors are invited to submit full-text papers with a maximum length of 6 pages. All submissions should be submitted electronically and formatted according to the IEEE template. Accepted papers must be presented by an author named in the paper. Otherwise, these papers will not be included in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2 papers can be presented with one registration. The conference booklet containing all accepted and presented papers will be scanned by IEEE Xplore digital library.
