CyCon 2012 will focus on military and paramilitary activities in cyberspace. This topic will be explored from the political, legal and technical perspectives within two parallel tracks: Law & Policy Track and Technical Track.
Legal, strategic and technical submissions are welcome on equal grounds. Click here for a list of proposed topics and here for the Programme Committee. Anonymised abstracts and full manuscripts must be uploaded electronically to EasyChair Conference System in Microsoft Word format. In this process, the submitting author is required to create a user account.
