Call For Papers

The 6th Annual IEEE International Conference on Digital Twins and Parallel Intelligence (DTPI 2026) will be held at the University of Cambridge, UK, on August 12–14, 2026. The theme of DTPI 2026 is Symbiotic Intelligence: Bridging Digital, Physical, and Social Systems for a Resilient Future.

DTPI 2026 aims to explore how digital twins and parallel intelligence technologies can be deeply integrated to address complex social and industrial challenges. The conference provides an international forum for researchers, engineers, and industry experts to present new research, methods, systems, and applications in digital twins, parallel intelligence, and cyber-physical-social systems.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, parallel intelligence for smart cities, digital twins for smart infrastructure systems, digital twins for transportation, power and energy systems, parallel intelligence for autonomous vehicles, human systems, blockchain and distributed systems, communications and networks, ecological digital twins, cyber-physical-social systems, decision support systems, parallel intelligence for healthcare, robotics, and digital twins for manufacturing systems.

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts in standard IEEE proceedings format. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS submission system. The standard length for regular papers is 6 pages. Papers may be extended to a maximum of 8 pages, and extra pages beyond 6 pages will incur an additional charge. The conference also welcomes special session papers, extended abstracts, and proposals for industrial forums, exhibitions, tutorials, demonstrations, posters, workshops, and talks.

Important dates:
- Full paper submission deadline: May 15, 2026
- Special session proposal deadline: May 15, 2026
- Author notification: June 15, 2026
- Camera-ready paper due: July 1, 2026
- Conference dates: August 12–14, 2026
