Call For Papers

The advances in wireless communication technologies and the proliferation of mobile devices have enabled the realization of intelligent environments for people to communicate with each other, interact with information-processing devices, and receive a wide range of mobile wireless services through various types of networks and systems everywhere, anytime. A key enabler of this pervasive and ubiquitous connectivity environments is the advancement of MEMS technology allowing longer distance communication with tiny footprint of hardware in low cost. Which in turn had promoted a flourish of a variety of network paradigms for specific purposes, such as mobile ad hoc networks, sensor networks, vehicular networks, underwater networks, underground networks, personal area networks, and home networks, promise a broad range of applications in civilian, commercial, and military areas.

The ICWCA 2012 will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ICWCA 2012 is the conference on the theoretical and practical aspects of wireless communications. The aim of the annual conference is to provide a forum that brings together researchers from academia as well as practitioners from industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of wireless communication networks. The programme will feature an industry forum and three special tracks. Accepted paper will be published in the ICWCA 2012 Conference Proceedings. An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented at the conference.

Accepted paper will be published in IET conference proceeding (ISBN: 978-1-84919-550-8) which will be included in IET Digital Library, IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL)*searchable through IEEE Xplore®, Inspec and will be submitted for EI Compendex and ISI indexing. Some best paper awards will also be awarded. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for oral presentations on the following topics (but not limited to):
