The Eighth International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Communications and Business Analytics (CICBA 2026) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry to share experiences, and to exchange and synthesize innovative ideas in the field. CICBA 2026 will be organized by the Department of Computer Science, University of Gour Banga, Malda, India, during September 10 to 12, 2026.
The earlier editions of the conference were successfully organized as follows: CICBA 2017 at Calcutta Business School, Kolkata CICBA 2018 at Kalyani Government Engineering College, Kalyani CICBA 2021 at Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan CICBA 2022 at Assam University, Silchar CICBA 2023 at Kalyani Government Engineering College, Kalyani CICBA 2024 at National Institute of Technology, Patna CICBA 2025 at Jadavpur University, Kolkata All previous editions of CICBA featured high-quality, peer-reviewed research papers submitted by researchers from across the globe. The conference committees were chaired and co-chaired by distinguished international academicians and industry experts, and the Technical Program Committees comprised renowned specialists in relevant domains. The proceedings of all previous CICBA conferences were published by Springer Nature in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. The proceedings of CICBA 2026 are also planned to be published in the Springer CCIS series, subject to Springer's approval. The University of Gour Banga is a public state university located in Malda, West Bengal, India. It was established by the Government of West Bengal through Act XXVI of 2007 and formally inaugurated in 2008 with the objective of expanding access to higher education in the educationally backward districts of Malda, Uttar Dinajpur, and Dakshin Dinajpur.
