Eighth International Conference on Emerging Research Paradigms in Business and Social Sciences (ERPBSS 2026)

Middlesex University Dubai is proud to announce the Eighth Emerging Research Paradigms in Business and Social Sciences (ERPBSS) conference. The international conference will be held from 14 to 16 January 2026 at Middlesex University Dubai in Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai. ERPBSS 2026 will be a hybrid conference with participants having an option of attending and presenting either in-person or virtually.

Over the last 15 years, our biennial conference, one of the highlights of the University’s calendar, has attracted hundreds of delegates from leading institutions in the UAE and more than fifty countries globally. The interdisciplinary conference provides a platform for researchers and practitioners to communicate their findings, spread awareness regarding new advancement, and engage in meaningful discourse with professionals from different fields, and foster local and international collaborations.

Conference Theme – ‘Human Centric Innovation in the Era of AI’
Human-Centric Innovation in the Era of AI explores how emerging technologies can be harnessed to enhance human potential, ethical decision-making, and inclusive progress. It invites dialogue on balancing technological advancement with empathy, creativity, and societal impact.

The conference encourages the submission of completed or ongoing conceptual or empirical research papers, articles, and case studies from both academics and research students. We also welcome results/insights from industry practitioners and creative scholarly outputs.

Authors wishing to present at the conference are invited to submit an unstructured abstract (continuous text) of 500 words. Presentation formats include oral and poster presentations. During submission, please mention in the abstract whether your abstract falls within the ‘general track’ category or one of the special tracks.

All authors will be informed before 05 December, after the peer-review process, whether their abstract has been accepted.
