6th International Scientific Conference Poprad Economic and Management Forum (PEMF2025): “How Digital Transformation Shapes New Organizational Paradigms and Brings Challenges and Opportunities for the Modern Era”

The accelerating pace of digital transformation, driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and advanced analytics, is fundamentally reshaping management theory and practice. PEMF2025 is devoted to examining this shift through three interconnected themes:

- Human-resource management in the digital era.
- Management and economic concepts for digital leadership.

Conference language is English. Only presented articles focusing on the mentioned topics will be published in the conference proceedings. The Conference Proceedings of PEMF2025 will be published by Springer Nature publishing house as part of the book series Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications which is currently indexed in Scopus database.
