The EEAI Conference Technical Program Committee will consider all presentations/paper abstracts and posters submitted and invite the accepted ones to be presented at the conference. Submit your proposal for the presentations/paper abstracts and posters by email to: info@edge-ai-tech.eu, using the Abstract Form available at the conference program page. Please ensure your submission includes the following information:

Title: The title of your paper, presentation, or poster.
Author(s): List all authors.
Affiliation and Country: Clearly state the affiliation (institution or organisation) and the country of each author.
Conference Topic: Indicate the specific conference topic or track that your submission addresses. Not applicable for posters.
Abstract: A concise and clear abstract (max. 200 words) that highlights the innovation and research contributions beyond the current state-of-the-art. Not applicable for posters.
Author(s) Short Bio: A concise summary of the professional background and research interests (max. 150 words).
Presenter Photo: 300dpi PNG or JPG format.
Each component must be accurately and completely provided to facilitate a smooth review process and ensure that your submission aligns well with the conference themes.

The authors of the papers selected will be invited to submit a full paper for publication in the open-access conference proceedings book. A Microsoft Word template will be provided with the invitation.
