Abstract submission: If you are only attending a conference to give a presentation and do not need to publish an article, please submit the abstract of the article to the organizing committee email; There is no format requirement for abstract submission, only the title, content, keywords, and author information are required. It is recommended to limit the length to no more than 1 page and no more than 2 pages.

Full text submission: If you want to publish a paper, you need to submit it in full, with a recommended length of 4-10 pages (according to the template format, with images and references). If the number of pages exceeds the requirements of the official website, an extra page fee will be charged.

Review notice: You will receive our review results within 2-3 working days after submission. If you have not received the email notification by the deadline, please contact us as soon as possible.

Advance communication: Before submitting, you can communicate with the organizing committee teachers in advance to confirm that the article direction matches the conference theme, which facilitates quick review and acceptance!



Review process
Preliminary review: The theme of the manuscript must be included in the objectives and scope of the conference. Then, a plagiarism check will be conducted. Manuscripts that deviate from the topic or plagiarize will be rejected.

Peer review: This conference uses a double-blind system for peer review; The identities of the reviewers and authors are anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2-3 experts in the relevant field: one editor and one to three external reviewers. The review process takes approximately 2-3 working days.

Suggestion taken: The review results are based on the suggestions of the reviewers. If the reviewers have different opinions on the manuscript, the editor will make a balanced decision based on all the opinions, or may initiate a second round of peer review.



Retrieval and Publishing
After the review and acceptance, the article will be published in the form of a collection of argumentative essays and ultimately submitted for search in databases such as EI Compendix, Scopus, and InsPEC.

Conference manuscript fee: includes publication and one paper version of the thesis collection;

Invoice issuance: All fees can be invoiced with a formal full electronic invoice issued by the State Administration of Taxation, including "conference registration fee" or "layout fee";
