*Abstract (presentation only)
*Full paper(for publication purpose) submissions must be original and should not have been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere while being reviewed by ICCDE.
*The full paper submitted should be a maximum of 10 pages, but should be longer than 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. The file must not exceed 4 MB.
*ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). For conferences publishing in this new model, all ICPS papers will be published Open Access (OA). Many authors will qualify for free OA publishing, while others will be required to pay an applicable article processing charge (APC). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.
