[Introduction]
2026 3rd International Symposium on Image Processing and Analysis (ISIPA 2026) will take place during August 14-16, 2026 in Shanghai, China, which is in conjunction with CIPCV 2026(www.cipcv.org).

ISIPA 2026 is the main annual image processing and analysis conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

[Call for Participants]
Full Paper: Papers will be selected through a review process. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the Conference Proceedings subject to meeting publisher’s scope and quality requirements, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, and other databases for review and indexing.
Presenter: For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract only.
