Welcome to CMHSM@ICDE'25! Cognitive and mental health (CMH) disorders have been a worldwide concern that affects individuals of all demographics, often leading to tragic outcomes such as self-harm and suicidal attempts. Social media platforms offer a large amount of user-generated content that can be used to detect early CMH tendencies. The CMHSM workshop aims to foster collaboration across fields such as computer science, mental health, and social sciences to develop robust, ethical, and scalable methods for identifying early signs of CMH issues based on social media data. CMHSM will be held in conjunction with the IEEE International Conference on Data Engineering (ICDE), one of the premier conferences in data and information engineering.
