ICSED 2017&2018&2021&2022&2023 papers have been indexed by EI and Scopus, and ICSED 2024 was successfully held during May 29-31, 2024, all accepted papers will be indexed by EI and Scopus soon(ACM-ISBN: 979-8-4007-1805-2).
3. 2 famous IEEE Fellows will be the keynote speakers, they are Prof. Witold Pedrycz from University of Alberta in Canada and Prof. Xudong Jiang from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
