The specialization of digital media is witnessing massive shifts intertwined with the influx of communication technology and the impact of software development. As the media industry is ipso facto digitally transformed and invaded by AI, the flow of work and the content creation need new professionals and academics who may have to adapt programming languages and high technical skills. The Third International Conference on Digital Journalism and Innovative Media Industry with its main theme is Digital Media Transformation, Mutations and Innovation reflects the ongoing developments in digital media transformation. The Conference is a hub that allows researchers, entrepreneurs, and the media industry innovators to present their research and projects, and hence to reveal how software development and technology infiltrate the media for best practices.
