Call For Papers

The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is home to Space Camp and is known for equipping explorers with the skills they need to stretch the boundaries of human understanding. The AI Symposium vendor hall features exhibits from industry leaders as well as AI software and solution providers.

Inquiries should be submitted to institute@spacecamp.com

Potential topics include:
1. Why our children will hate us? (Ai dating and social hijacking)
2. Why we will all change our career trajectory? (Call centers, content moderation, personalized entertainment)
3. When will we hand off the keys? (Home security, self driving, autopilot, autonomous weapons?)
4. Is there really only one 'I' in AI team? (Privacy, safety, recommended systems)
5. The AI constitution isn't "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". What does the 3H rule mean here as AI should be "helpful, honest, harmless"? (Why is our species abdicating a future to a machine?)
6. Is AI our only true shot at multiplanetary civilization? (Light speed vs lifetime, radiation and raw materials, lesson learned from space robotic missions?)
FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) v FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) – who should be using AI and how should they be using it?
7. What is original anymore (copyright and storytelling in an AI world)? Or what is creativity in an AI world?
8. Can government and regulatory guiderails be created before AI has already taken over? (pace of government v pace of technology)
9. Will too much customization and individualization possible with AI stifle innovation?
