Papers are being solicited for a special track on AI Workforce Development and Supportive Education at the 37th International FLAIRS Conference (http://www.flairs-37.info/). This special track is devoted to AI workforce development and supportive education with the aim of presenting new and important contributions in a variety of areas. Papers and contributions are encouraged for any work related to AI workforce development and supportive education. These topics encompass a wide range of issues related to AI workforce development, offering researchers and practitioners ample opportunities to contribute valuable insights and solutions to this critical area of study. Topics of interest may include (but are in no way limited to) Skill Reskilling and Upskilling Strategies, AI-Driven Curriculum Design, Ethical and Inclusive AI Training, Policy and Regulation for AI Workforce, AI-Enabled Resilience, Human-Centered AI Design, Case Studies and Best Practices, and AI Workforce in Developing Economies. These topics encompass a wide range of issues related to AI workforce development, offering researchers and practitioners ample opportunities to contribute valuable insights and solutions to this critical area of study.
