CIRED is one of Europe’s most important conference series for electricity distribution engineers. You can expect to meet representatives of DNOs and DSOs, technical managers, distribution and planning engineers, innovation managers, regulation and strategy experts, power grid engineers, and researchers from both academia and industry.

Show how your work is making a difference in electricity distribution and to the energy transition. Taking part as an author marks you out as someone producing quality work and brings your name to senior figures in the profession.

Successful authors will have their paper(s) published on the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in IET Inspec, Ei Compendex and Scopus increasing citations and influence that extends beyond the conference.

We invite abstracts for peer review on one of these key themes:

• Enhancing hosting capacity through new methods for network planning and design
• Network operation and control supporting increased hosting capacity
• Enabling increased hosting capacity through regulation, business models and customer involvement
