Call For Papers

The Eleventh International Symposium on Computing and Networking
https://is-candar.org/
Matsue, Japan, November 28 to December 1, 2023

[Introduction]
Building on the success of the past CANDAR symposiums held in various cities across Japan, including Matsuyama in 2013, Shizuoka in 2014, Sapporo in 2015, Hiroshima in 2016, Aomori in 2017, Takayama in 2018, Nagasaki in 2019, and virtual events in 2020 and 2021, CANDAR 2022 will be held in Himeji, while CANDAR 2023 will take place in Matsue, Japan. The CANDAR 2023 symposium aims to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to share their latest findings and experiences in all aspects of computing and networking, ranging from theoretical research to practical system development, including parallel and distributed systems, algorithms, architectures, and applications. In addition to technical sessions featuring contributed papers, the symposium will also offer invited presentations, poster sessions, and workshops. We are confident that participants will gain new insights and ideas related to computing and networking. CANDAR'23 will be held in Matsue, Japan, from November 28 to December 1, 2023.

[Publication]
The main symposium Proceedings (CANDAR) and workshop Proceedings (CANDARW) will be published by the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and CSDL digital libraries for online publication. The papers will also be submitted for indexing by INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI, and other indexing services. The proceedings will be published in two separate volumes: CANDAR main symposium (CANDAR) and CANDAR workshops (CANDARW).

[Tracks] The authors should select one of the four tracks to submit a paper.
Track A: Algorithms and Applications
Track B: Computer Systems and Networks
Track C: Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering
Track D: Information and Communication Security
