This conference aims to provide a forum for exchanges of research results, ideas for and experience of application among researchers and practitioners involved with all aspects of advanced information and communication technologies and their applications. The conference is hosted by Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) in coordination with its partners including Thai Nguyen University (TNU); Institute of Information Technology – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (lolT); Vietnam ICT Club of Faculties-Institutes-Schools-Universities (FISU); Kyungpook National University, South Korea (KNU); Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Japan (JAIST); and Feng Chia University, Taiwan (FCU).
