We are excited to announce the Call for Papers for the flagship biennial conference, the 16th IEEE Malaysia International Conference on Communications 2023 (MICC2023). The conference will be held from December 10 to December 12, 2023 in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

MICC2023 is the platform for international and local delegates to present their latest research findings in the area of communications.

Submitted papers must represent original material which is not currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published. Paper length should not exceed five-page standard IEEE conference two-column format (including all text, figures, and references). All submitted papers will go through a peer review process. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the IEEE MICC2023 proceedings and IEEE digital library. IEEE reserves the right to exclude an accepted and registered but not presented paper from the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
