Advances in Vision Computing: An International Journal (AVC) Call For Papers Vision Computing is a branch of artificial intelligence that focuses on providing computers with the functions typical of human vision. Due to recent advances made in technology, scientists have incorporate portable imagers into computer vision systems that can be connected via wireless networks. Advances in Vision Computing: An International Journal (AVC) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles which contribute new results in all areas of the advanced vision computing. The goal of this journal is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to focus on understanding advances in vision computing and establishing new collaborations in these areas. Authors are solicited to contribute to the journal by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the areas of vision computing.
