Call For Papers

The 12th International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools, and Applications IPTA 2023 aims to gather international researchers, innovators, educators, and practitioners in image processing for attending extensive educational high-level materials, share their achievements, exchange their experiences, and discuss future orientations. The conference aims to provide an excellent forum to meet and discuss various important issues on image processing and applications.

Topics include but are not limited to:

Image formation, scanning, display, and printing
Image and video processing, coding, and compression
Pattern recognition and computer vision
Perceptual analysis of images and video
Image forensics and security
Machine Learning methods for image and video analysis
Virtual and augmented reality
Artificial Intelligence for weather and climate modeling
Applications
CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSION ORGANIZATION:

For the 12th International Conference on Image Processing Tools, Theory, and Applications (IPTA) being held in Paris, France, between October 16 and 19, 2023, we are looking for researchers desiring to organize Special Sessions on critical and emerging topics in image processing and artificial intelligence theory and applications domains.

In advance of the meeting, invited contributors are required to submit their papers for inclusion in the proceedings (which will undergo normal peer review).

Special Session Proposals should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than March 05, 2023. Special session participants are encouraged to submit their papers for inclusion in the proceedings. They will get a full review (with the possibility of being rejected).

Authors are invited to submit a maximum of 6 pages including figures and references. Submission should be done via:

Accepted and Extended papers describing original contributions will be selected for international journals.

PUBLICATION:

All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and will be submitted for indexing by EI.
