We are now seeking and accepting submissions for the Spring 2023 issue of Asian American Voices. Asian-American Voices is a publication dedicated to covering all the parts of the Asian-American community, with a focus on raising Asian-American voices. Written articles, alongside infographic works, will be accepted. This provides individuals with a public platform for their personal works. The deadline for Spring submissions is April 30th, 2023 for print form.

Seasonal print copies will be distributed at local institutions, as well as display of select submissions on the Asian-American Voices Official Website year-round, regardless of season. Please be aware that submission does NOT guarantee publication.

This issue’s topic is “The effects of the pandemic upon mental health with regards to the Asian-American community.”


The best submission will receive $100. This is a static amount, and will not increase or decrease depending on the potential number of collaborators.


Submission Guidelines:

Written works, either of a creative or academic nature, should be no longer than 5000 words.
Works should be in some way related to Western, Central, Southern, Northern, or Eastern Asia. You do not necessarily need to be of Asian-American background to submit, so long as your work is thematically appropriate.
Infographic works must be submitted in adequate resolution, in PNG format.
Please include personal contact information (name and phone number or email) along with submission to facilitate contact in the case of selection.
