2023 Panda Forum on Power and Energy (PandaFPE 2023) will be held on April 27-30, 2023 in Chengdu, China. PandaFPE 2023 is co-organized by Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, sponsored by by State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Chongqing Society of Electrical Engineering, technical sponsored by IEEE PES, etc, and media supported by Journal Proceedings of the CSEE, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES), Automation of Electric Power System, Power System Protection and Control, Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, POWER SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY, High Voltage Engineering, High Voltage, Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, Sichuan Electric Power Technology, Electric and Machines and Control, etc. The theme of PandaFPE 2023 is 'Low Carbon Power System and Digitization'.
