CCISP 2022/2021/2020/2019/2018 indexd by Ei Compendex! ●Speakers Yonghong Zeng, A*STAR, Singapore Yonghong ZENG has been working in the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR, Singapore, since 2004. Currently he is a senior scientist and group leader. His research interests include B5G/6G communications, integrated sensing and communication, cognitive network and communication, vehicular radar and communication, and real time localization systems. Husheng Li, Purdue University, US Husheng Li received his BS and PhD degrees, both in electrical engineering, from Tsinghua University (1998) and Princeton University (2005), respectively. He joined Qualcomm Inc. as a senior engineer after his graduation from Princeton. In 2007, he joined the EECS department of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he was promoted to associated professor and full professor in 2013 and 2019, respectively. In 2022, he joined Purdue University, affiliated in both the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Elmore School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interest includes wireless communications, statistical signal processing, cyber physical systems, networked control, and information theory. He has received numerous best paper awards in journals such as the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (2015) and conferences such as IEEE ICC (2012) and Globecom (2017). Yudong Zhang, The University of Leicester, UK Prof. Yudong Zhang is a Chair Professor at the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, UK. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of EAI, and Fellow of BCS. He is the Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He is the Distinguished Speaker of ACM. He was 2019, 2021 & 2022 recipient of Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. He has (co)authored over 400 peer-reviewed articles. There are more than 60 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 6 ESI Hot Papers in his (co)authored publications. His citation reached 26344 in Google Scholar (h-index 90). He is the editor of Neural Networks, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE JBHI, etc. He has conducted many successful industrial projects and academic grants from NIH, Royal Society, British Council, GCRF, EPSRC, MRC, BBSRC, Hope, and NSFC. He has served as (Co-)Chair for more than 60 international conferences (including more than 20 IEEE or ACM conferences). More than 70 news presses have reported his research outputs, such as Reuters, BBC, Telegraph, Mirror, Physics World, UK Today News, etc. Yanwu Xu, South China University of Technology, China Dr. Yanwu Xu is a Full Professor at South China University of Technology and a former Intelligent Healthcare Scientist at Baidu. He serves as an Expert of the WHO Digital Health Technical Advisory Group, an adjunct Principal Investigator at Singapore Eye Research Institute, an adjunct Professor at Ningbo Institute of Industrial Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and an Industrial Mentor at Southern University of Science and Technology. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE, a Member of Science and Technology Innovation and Industry Promotion Working Committee of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, a Vice Chairman of Digital Imaging and Intelligent Special Medical Committee of China Medical Education Association, a Standing Committee member of Intelligent Ophthalmology Sub-committee of China Medical Education Association, a Standing Committee Member of Digital Therapy Working Committee of China Medical Education Association, a Member of Big Data and Internet Artificial Intelligence Medical Special Committee of Beijing Health Law Society. Since 2004, he has been continuously engaged in research on computer vision, machine learning theory, and application research. He has over 150 publications in international journals and conferences with more than 6800 Google Scholar citations. He has applied for over 20 foreign patents and over 70 Chinese patents. Huiqi Li, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Prof. Huiqi Li got her PhD from Nanyang Technological University. Currently she is a professor at School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology. She is an IEEE senior member. Her research interests include medical image processing and pattern recognition, especially in ocular image processing and AI-based diagnosis. She was awarded New Century Excellent Talents Award, and Most cited Chinese researchers (Elsevier), 2014- 2022 Ping Yang, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China Ping Yang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2013. He is currently a Full Professor with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He was selected into the Hundred Talents Program of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and was listed in “Most Cited Chinese Researchers” in Information and Communication Engineering by Elsevier (2020-2022). From 2012 to 2013, he was a Visiting Scholar with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, Southampton, U.K. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Research Fellow with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has authored or coauthored and presented more than 110 papers in journals and conference proceedings, including more than 80 papers in the IEEE series SCI journals, including 6 highly cited ESI papers and 1 ESI hot topic paper. He has published a monograph titled "Multi-antenna Spatial Modulation Technology" and two 6G white books. Prof. Yang has applied for 28 patents, of which 14 have been authorized. Moreover, he led and researched on more than 20 projects, including the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interests include 5G and beyond wireless systems, machine learning, and bionic communication systems. He is currently the Editor of IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS and the Lead Guest Editor of IEEE JOURNAL OF SELECTED TOPICS IN SIGNAL PROCESSING. Qi Zhao, Southwest Communication Research Institute, China Zhao Qi received the BS and MD degrees from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2006 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a senior engineer, system architect and internal auditor of software engineering system architecture in Southwest Communication Research Institute. The main research areas include secure exchange and sharing of data, high-security communication and the construction of cryptographic services. Recently, he has presided over or participated in many national and provincial-level projects in related fields, including National Natural Science Foundation, Sichuan Provinces Key Research and Development Plan Project, etc. Moreover, He has presided over or participated in the development of National Important Information Infrastructure such as the Secure Exchange and Sharing of Data System, the Distributed Secure Storage System, the Uniform Authorization System, and so on.
