Submitted papers should be no longer than 6 pages in two-column IEEE template format. All accepted papers will be published as part of the CCGRIDW proceedings.

The topics that you want to deal with in DASMEC concern (but not only):

Data Model for the optimization of Edge services
Virtual sensor models and their use in practical applications
Algorithms and techniques for machine learning and AI at the Edge
Edge-enabled applications
Data analytics for optimized computing at the Edge
Edge-based database and data management
Collaborative edge computing models
Edge computing and IoT in the Metaverse and in AR applications
Interoperability and collaboration between Edge and Cloud computing
Federated Learning at the Edge
IoT data storing and processing at the Edge
Resource management and quality of service for Edge computing
Security, privacy and safety in Edge and Human Edge computing
Edge computing and environmental sustainability

Manuscripts are submitted in PDF format and may not exceed ten (10) single-spaced double-column pages using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including figures, tables, and references (template here). The limit is six (6) pages for workshop papers. The review process is double-blind. Each paper must be reviewed by at least 3 anonymous reviews.

The workshop will be in presence. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

A “Best Paper Award” will be conferred on the author(s) of a paper presented at the workshop, selected by the Chairs based on scientific significance, originality and outstanding technical quality of the paper, as assessed also by the evaluations of the members of the Program Committee.
