The objective of the Conference is to provide a forum for academics, researchers and engineers to discuss and disseminate recent developments, innovations and advances in numerical methods in material forming and shaping through plastic deformation.
Conference themes include the broad areas of:

- Material behaviour and modelling and its numerical implementation,
- Process modelling (forming, joining, machining, casting, welding/joining, additive manufacturing, etc., of metals, polymers and composites) and its numerical implementation,
- Conventional and novel methods of forming and joining metals, and
- Polymer and composite processing.

The Conference will be organized in stationary form at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland. Numiform 2023 will be a hybrid conference that will run in-person and virtually. For virtual attendees, the conference will follow an in-person program, with virtual rooms connected to physical rooms. Streams in the selected virtual rooms will follow the live discussions.
