In a backdrop of rapid digitalization sparked by recent global challenges which has presented an enormous opportunity for initiatives that can harness the potential of data and technologies to drive more sustainable solutions, we are pleased to announce that the 03rd International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing - ICARC 2023 is set to take place on 23rd and 24th February 2023 under the theme ''Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development".



The conference which will take place at the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka as a hybrid event will feature keynote and plenary speeches from eminent scholars and industry experts, oral presentations, pre-conference workshops and tutorials, and public discussions to provide plenty of opportunities for discussion and knowledge dissemination across a wide range of computing disciplines.



We are also glad to announce that ICARC 2023 will be technically co-sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Sri Lanka Section, IEEE Computer Society Sri Lanka Chapter, and IEEE Communications Society Sri Lanka Chapter, with the accepted and presented papers being published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
