Springer ISPR'2023 2023 : The Third Springer International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Pattern Recognition
Call For Papers
Following the success of the previous editions of the International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Pattern Recognition (ISPR'2020, and 2022 in Hammamet, Tunisia), It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 3rd edition which will be held also in the wonderufl city of Hammamet yassmine, Tunisia , on May 11-13 2023.
ISPR is a major international conference bringing together researchers, aiming to provide an opportunity for researchers to meet, discuss and share the recent advancements, latest solutions, scientific results and methods in solving intriguing problems in the field of intelligent systems and Patterns recognition.
The conference programme will include regular paper presentations in parallel tracks, along with speeches by prominent keynote speakers. All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 3 members of the international program committee; additional reviewers will be consulted if needed. Paper acceptance will be based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
The international conference on Intelligent Systems and Pattern recognition is endorsed by the International Association for Pattern Recognition "IAPR"since the first edition.
The proceedings will be published with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series CCIS , which is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
The Three top best papers will be honored by the " IAPR Best Papers Award ", and extended versions will be recommended for possible publication in the Pattern Recognition Letters Journal, Elsevier, which has an impact factor of 4.757, indexed & listed in more than 11 leading indexes and databases including: Scopus (Elsivier), DBLP, Web of Science, ACM Computing Reviews, Inspect ...etc.
Moreover, selected authors will be invited to elaborate on their research topic and submit the results for review and potential publication to several International indexed jornals
Instruction to authors for the initial submission
Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers, proposing novel solutions or describing particular challenges or experiences relevant to the scope of the conference.
Submitted Papers must should not be currently under review by any other conference or journal.
Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS one-column page in LNCS format.
- Full papers must have a length of 12-15 pages.
- Short Papers must have a length of 6-11 pages.
Double Blind Evaluation:
In order to increase high quality papers and independent merit, the evaluation process is double blind.
Important Note for Double blind review policy: The papers submitted for review MUST not contain the authors’ names, affiliations, or any information that may disclose the authors’ identity (this information is to be restored in the camera-ready version upon acceptance).
Please replace author names and affiliations with Xs on submitted papers. In particular, in the version submitted for review please avoid explicit auto-references, such as “in we show” — consider “in it is shown“. I.e., you may cite your own previous works provided that it is not deducible from the text that the cited work belongs to the authors. When citing your previous work, please keep the names with Xs.
Papers must be submitted electronically using online submission system by January 15th, 2023.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 3 members of the international program committee; additional reviewers will be consulted if needed. Paper acceptance will be based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
IAPR Ethical Requirements for Authors
The IAPR requires that all authors wishing to present a paper declare that:
The paper is substantially original and that no paper substantially similar in content has been submitted or will be submitted to any other conference or journal during the ISPR 2023review period.
The paper does not contain any plagiarism.
The paper will be presented by the author or a co-author in person.
The IAPR retains the right to eliminate any papers in violation of these requirements and to exclude the authors of such papers from future IAPR community activities.
For the full statement of IAPR ethical requirements for authors see link: http://www.iapr.org/constitution/soe.php.
Submission of the paper implies agreement of the author(s) to attend the conference and present the paper if accepted. We reserve the right to exclude papers accepted but not presented from the conference proceedings submitted for archiving and indexing.
