ICEDS invites research papers that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation and performance evaluation. All papers submitted for possible presentation at ICEDS and for publication in the proceedings are subjected to a rigorous, double-blind, peer review process.

ICEDS welcomes the submissions from on innovative work from researchers in work from researchers in academic, industry and government describing original research work in Education Development and Studies.
Accepted excellent papers by ICEDS 2023 will be published in the conference proccedings, which will be collected in the conference proceedings, and then indexed by Ei Compendex, and Scopus, etc. major databases.
